Just had windows98 updated to WindowsXP home and now I
cannot get the scanner working.I t just keeps saying
switch on the scanner and it already is. Also I want to
move all my old e mails and adressess and files to my xp
from Old Data file and I do not want to screw it up. THe
4 port Hub connection does not seem to be reconized
either it worked fine in the old computer set up.

www.agfa.com will tell you if the scanner is compatible with XP and if it
needs updated drivers.

Agfa got out of the consumer scanner 2 or 3 years ago. I think it is time to
buy something new
