For some reason, I am unable to get the Agents tab to show up under
properties of an Exchange 2003 Public Folder.
I have read KB 180121 (Agents Tab Is Missing from Folder Properties)
and 247839 (Agents Tab Missing in Outlook Inbox Properties) but
neither one of them solved the problem.
I am NOT running Outlook in cached mode. I am listed as a folder
owner under client permissions. On the Exchange server, I have also
explicitly added myself under Administrative rights and "allow"ed
everything.
"Server Scripting" is listed in the add-in manager and is checked.
I'm out of ideas. Based on everything I've read, I should have an
Agents tab on the public folder. Any ideas?
