Yeah, contact Microsoft.
Ubisoft tells you to contact Microsoft and you ignore them.

Here's a link to one of the FAQ's about product keys, if you follow all
the steps it takes you to contact MS tech support, they will probably
charge you for a key.

I've worked tech support in games, we never gave CD-Keys over the phone
or email, usually if you needed a new key you had to send in your
original game to warranty and we'd send you a new copy of the game. Most
software companies won't give out that stuff just on your say-so. Too
many liars out there I guess.
Final word of advice, get a spell checker for your email program and USE
IT.
