Hi Nate,

Normally I would suggest browsing to the path you indicated in your
post using Windows Explorer, however an easier way would be to
click START > Search > All files and folders > for: act2finalcne.bik

Hi Nate,

From the filename, it appears that the file is the final scene of Act 2
and is missing from your installation. You might have had an error
during the installation of the game. I would suggest reinstalling it.

Yup it could well be a faulty disc.

Dude, how are you?. ABout your problem with the installation, I had a similar
problem with another game and after HOURS of head scratching and spending an
undisclosed sum of money due to myself, I stumbled on the cause of, and
indeed to solution to my problem in one of the knowledge base articles. Quite
simply its a problem with the CDROM drive and it is easily fixed. All you
have to do is to disable DMA for the CDROM and enable PIO. I did this and
"Bobs your Uncle" it was all sweet after that. Now I am not saying this is
going to help you for sure, but it costs NO MONEY and is easy to do, its just
a few mouse clicks away , and its definatley worth a try. Anything that
dosnt cost you money is has to worth it right ?.
If you are stuck on how to disable DMA let me know or look it up in your
help or the knowledge base.
regards
paul anthony
