This is the issue, A client of ours use strictly laptop machines in there
office.
one of them deveoped a problem with the display screen, the manufacturer
sent a replacement which is exactly the same make/model. I pulled the HD
from the damaged unit and installed it in the new one.
Everything started up without a hitch, but the user is unable to use the
Reply, Reply To, and the Forward options in Outlook as they are all greyed out
I've done this before in the past and this didn't happen and I'm at a loss
as what to do to correct this. any suggestions out there ?
