after xp update - no hibernate?

Windows XP Home - Dell Inspiron 4150

After running the latest security updates, I've noticed hibernate is
disabled. How do I re-enable it? Thanks

Control Panel/Power Options/ Click on Hibernate tab and tick the enable
hibernation box.

And what if the "hibernate" tab is missing from the Power Options?

Enter BIOS and ensure APM is enabled.
