After user logoff internet not available.

Got several XP Wks on a NT4 Domain using MS Proxy Server
On the workstations as a domain admin everything works fine, but as a regular user when you turn on the machine everythinh works, but if that user log's off and log's on later, or if another user log's on after him all webpages dont show up, I get server not found or dns error's
If they reboot it comes back to normal, if they just logoff it just doesen't work until next reboot
Thanks in advance for any toughts.
