Harry,
The prompt only occurred after she changes her password, however why
did it ask her again the next day? The 3rd day after, it did not ask
her nor did she have any more problems.
I do not have the exact error message, but it did say that the drive
is inaccessable because of her security. Once she enters her password
in again and checks the "save" box at the Outlook prompt, then she is
able to access the mapped drive resources.
I have not tried to log on her pc, I should have thought of that.
If this happens again, I will get the exact error messages and also
will try to log onto her pc. I believe I will not be able to get to
the resouce as well as I truely believe it is somewhere in the client
or how the client is logging into the domain, not the user's id or
password.
Also, I just found out that there are 2 domain controllers. One is on
the server that has the mapped drive and has all 5 roles. The other
is just doing DNS functions. Is this normal to have 2 domain
controllers running Active Directory?
Thanks in advance.
