Thanks for the info normally when you upgrade to BCM V2 it create a backup
copy under C:\My Documents \Business Backup and you should have a .msbcm
file try restoring the same using Buisness Tools > Manage > restore data
base. Also you stated that SQL was not connecting for the same go to
svrnetcn.exe and enable TCP/IP and Named Pipes

Hi Roger

BCM uses a trimmed down version of SQL called MSDE (Microsoft SQL 2000
Desktop Engine),you should see it listed in add / remove programs

Raul,

First I want to say THANK YOU for your help and let you know I appreciate
it. I dont see MSDE on my laptop or the a/r programs list and I just updated
it. I would love MSDE (I have a little SQL behind me) because BCM drive me
nuts. is there a reason why I didnt get it on this last update. I will try
updating again, just a little confused. Thank you for your patience and you
wisdom is appreciated again.
