After updates and restart, I lose settings like office assistant

's Computer Specifications

Ever since I got the SP3 on my computer, after I restart after more updates,
many of my settings are lost, like my office assistant preference. I know
there is a way to savce such settings, but HELP is no help...

I've lost them too and it says I need the the Microsoft Agent 2.0

I reinstalled my Office from the CD but this feature is now lost.

How can you get it back?
