I do not use the xp firewall, but there should be a way on it to allow the
ftp from dreamweaver to access the internet. I have two suggestions that
may help. Zone Alarm has a free version of their firewall which is much
better than the xp firewall. I also use ws-ftp pro as my ftp software.
Both of these I find much easier to use and certainly have many more
options.
