After Send OL03 Hangs for short time

During my send and recieve OL03 hangs for a short time and I am not able to
do anything on my Laptop. Any ideas? I have created a new profile and done a
ScanPST. One thing I do observe is I do the scan PST and it fixes theproblem
and then a few days later I do the same thing it and it returns errors again.
Odd.
