I save unread and two other folders to favorites in outlook 2003 professional
edtion SP2 and after rebooting they are gone and i have to save again, any
help please

next time you close outlook, verify it is closed in task manager. the
navigation bar changes are written after outlook closes and things like PDAs
or programs that access outlook data will prevent it from closing
completely.
