If I open a note in Outlook, on exiting Outlook I receive the following error:
"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid".
When I click Ok on this message, I get the following: "The note will now
close and your changes will not be saved".

Environment details - MS Exchange 2k3, Windows XP Client SP2, Outlook 2003
SP3.

I have tried logging on using a different Windows User account on the same
machine, different mail account, same issue. Logging on to another machine as
the same user does not display the same issue, so it is definitely tied to
the machine.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, but with no luck

Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions other than rebuilding the
computer?

Morgan,
Sorry. I have no solution. I have had the same problem for quite some time.
On Outlook 2000 and now on 2003. Notes do save just fine. I first noticed the
issue after installing sync software to the Palm but have no reliable proof
that this was the source of the problem. Disabling add-ins since then,
however, made no difference. I am not using Exchange. Repeated searches via
Google, etc. has turned up no new info. Just what you wanted, a reply that
offered no new information or solution.
