After .Net Installation ,system is slow & spyware is attacking

Hai

after i installed .Net on my computer,system is slows down.spyware is
attacking .
eventhough Iam using spybot/ad-aware/yahoo-antispy.i do n't know how to
erase spyware/ad-aware completely.
