After Marking as Final

After Marking as Final – is there a way to bring that presentation over to a
new one (by Reuse Slides function) and maintaining the Mark as Final
functionality. The goal would be that the bulk of the presentation would not
be able to be changed except for the slides that are added-in (ex. A title
page that they would customize).
