After install, Defender throws 0x80010534

I can't start running Windows Defender on Win2K Pt_BR with SP4 + all fixes,
because it throws error:

Application failed to initialize: 0x80010534. Não foi feito o mapeamento
entre os nomes de conta e as identificações de segurança.

Means something like:

Application failed to initialize: 0x80010534. Map between security
identification and account names was not done.

I have the same configuration, and got the same error.....
any solution available ?
