After a full computer restore how do i find my old e-mails

's Computer Specifications

I have just do a full restore of my computer
OS is windows 7
did a full back up and have now restored all files
Have reloaded Outlook 2007
How do i find my old e-mails and contacts?

They may well have been overwritten in any backup / restore
Within Outlook, File>Open>Data File......what data files are shown?
