For 2003: Click on Format > Row > Unhide
For 2007: Have Home ribbon visible, click on Cells > Format > Hide &
Unhide, then select unhide rows
Unfreeze
For 2003: Click on Windows > Unfreeze
For 2007: Click on View > Window group > Unfreeze Panes (if nothing is
frozen, this option shows Freeze)

For 2003: Click on Windows > Remove Split
For 2007: Click on View > Window group > Split (if nothing is split,
this adds a split, which you will need to remove.)
