After filling out form next page will not load!

When browsing, sometimes when I fill out a web form and
click "next" or "search" the browser loads a new page, but
it is not the next step in the process, it is a blank
version of the page that I just filled out. For some
reason it will not move forward to the next page, or
display search results. No clue what it could be. Pop ups
are enabled.

Thought it was a website issue, but the sites function
properly on my work machine, but not at home.
