HI Please help me! =) Thanks for your time in advance.

When I am downloading any file from the internet (does not matter what
type) I am having a huge problem. I go to download the file and then I click
save (I have been saving in documents) and naming the file. The download
downloads, I see the __% and I have the box unchecked to leave the box open
to open the file, but the box closes. Then after that I go to document, and
the file is NOT THERE! If I click open instead of save, nothing opens. I
searched for the file. The file does not come up except for the file is
turned into a shortcut file that I can't open and says it can't find. CRAZY
HUH!! The shortcut file is always located here
C:/users/sharlie/AppData/roaming/microsoft/windows. But if I go througth
explorer it is NOT THERE. Besides that is not the orginal file and thats NOT
where I downloaded. Your help is appreciated.

You probably need to clear the temp folder. Click the start orb, and type:
%TEMP%
Everything there would not be needed after any restart.
