After Detect/Repair; "Outlook (2003) Not Installed for this User"

Spellcheck would not run so I ran Detect & Repair, which found a missing or
corrupt file. Sys asked for O2003 CD and repair commenced. When finished
O2003 gave err "... Not Installed for this User". Rebooted; same error.
Positive I did not reset settings or shortcuts.
