After deleting emails from "deleted items" they return 2 my Inbox

After deleting several e-mails from my inbox, i will delete from "deleted
items" folder and they re-appear back in my inbox. This will also happen
sometimes when just deleting from my Inbox. It keeps screwing me up! Any
help would be great!
