After creating a form for people to fill out online, is there any way that
this form can keep a nice look when it is returned to the email address
specified?

My client would like to keep the "form" layout and look as it appears online
for the customers.

Please let me know the steps to take if this is possible.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

You could mail the page but the form won't work.
The person you mail the form to does not have
FrontPage, form handler, Extensions on their
computer (Most likely) So that is not an option.

One Option is to make the form in PDF format!
Using Adobe Acrobat and put a E-Mail button on it
so the filled in form information will be returned to you.

Just attach the form to your E-Mails.

You will then be able to import the form information,
from the E-Mail back into the original form (for printing)
or the information can be stored in a database...

Just a thought
