I converted some Access 97 databases to Access 2000 databases, consisting of
4 Fields only (each Field consisting of a mix of letters and numbers).

When I tried to print out the Tables, only the text previewed or printed,
but not one of the numbers.

The conversion was carried out merely by clicking on the "Convert Database"
dialogue box that was displayed immediately on loading the data in Access
2000 for the first time.

Can anyone help me to retrieve my numbers please?

Hi all,

The fix is quite simple but still strange ...

For some reason the registry key 1025 is set to ON (concerning arabic
language) and the arabic language is not taken care of ...

You either turn it OFF :
Key : HKEY_USERS\<<user
identity>>\Software\Microsoft\*Office\9.0\Common\LanguageRess*ources\1025
(As to be done for every user on the machine)

or install the arabic language (good for everyone):
Control Panel
Regional settings
General tab
Check the arabic language
Accept and reboot

I found it on Microsoft French site KB469516:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...ww.microsoft.c...

If you have the problem I'm sure you can read french !!

I forgot to mention that my operating system is Windows XP Home. I tried
Regedit, but couldn't find the full path that you quoted. However, I was able
to load Far Eastern Language Support and that included Arabic.

As a result I can now print out my Tables for Access. Thanks for your help.
