when i close outlook 2000 the process still running and when i try to open
again hang up but if i stop the process functions well untill i close again.
can any one help me?

Ok, that link helped me quite a bit. That was what I was looking for. I now
need the hotfix that is listed for the KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834005. It looks like the latest version
of this hotfix is from KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841355/.
What is the best way to go about getting this hotfix? thanks!

Follow the instructions in the article. When you call MS and request a
specific hotfix, they'll waive the support charge.
