Question How do I move sent items to a Archive Folder: Example Under Archive
Create Named Folders 2006, 2007, 2008 again all listed under Archived.
Drag and Drop Current Sent folders to these selected folders without
changing the heading or who the Heading was listed as?
Example: I MarlonMaine send a email to David, I Archive or Move the Email
the Heading was named David before I move it now it's named MarlonMaine after
it gets moved? The same heading as all the other emails in the Archive folder
which are all now named MarlonMaine.
Outlook 2003 is what I am using
Thanks for your help in advance to save space you should Archive I do then I
can't find things as easy please help!
