I recommend downloading and running HijackThis:

and posting the log to an appropriate forum, such as:

If you'd rather use HijackThis as a last resort, post back here with
specific information, such as the exact wording found in these "alerts"
and perhaps someone here can provide a specific antidote for your
specific infection.
Finally, note that according to:

SpyDoctor uses "false positives work as goad to purchase" its product;
it is considered a rogue application. Uninstall it!
