Each time I scan my system with Norton it detects the
following: File Name: ins2.dll Threat Name:Adware.Lefeats

Symantic can't remove or quarantine this. Adware and MS do
not detect it.

Any suggestions ?

Yes.

1) submit a tools, suspected spyware report
(if this fails, don't spend time troubleshooting it)

2) Update Microsoft Antispyware and Norton

3) Restart Windows in safe mode by pressing the f8
function key before the first Windows screen appears.

4) Do full deep scans with Microsoft Antispyware and with
Norton. Scan until a full scan with each comes through
clean.
