Is there a 'can't miss' method (or download) for totally eradicating
Adware-CoolWebSearch from my computer. My McAfee scan identifies it, but
can't completely delete it. It doesn't seem to be affecting my computer, but
everytime I log on I get a warning from McAfee.

Have you tried these operations running in safe mºde?
In safe mode, some of the protective services which these programs use to
ensure that they aren't removed, are not running, so they are easier to
remºve.

I started with McAfee, their answer was along the lines of "live with it."
Sort of ****ed me off, but that was their response.

You might try RevoUninstaller, which is the most thorough and user-friendly uninstaller I've come across.
