Why will CPUs need inferior quality power? Is there such a thing as
power that's too well regulated and that contains too little noise?

$40 for a top quality PSU? Are you informed by facts or just repeating
what a 13 year old posted somewhere? Thats like saying a big mac is as
good as a fine resturant meal.

I'd guess a large % of problems posted here are a result of POOR PSUs
that are misslabled or have poor quality parts and have deterioated
with time. Mainly sold by price not quality.

You are obviously full of NON facts. Try weighting a PC Power &
Cooling unit against a $40 unit. Remember: Most of the time YOU GET
WHAT PAY FOR, or BUY CHEAP, GET CHEAP!
