Enermax are probably one of the best PSUs.

Go to www.antec-inc.com. They have very reliable power supplies. They have
a new line out that is made specially for "quiet" PCs.

Take a look at

http://www.silentpcreview.com

at their recommended PSU list.

Cheers,

I'd "fork" over for a PC Power & Cooling. Truly a PSU you can buy knowing
it'll last. It's not the quietest, but I haven't seen a PSU that is quiet
that would outlast a PC P&C.

@drian.

Get a Fortron/Sparkle from Directron.com or Newegg.com because they're
very good supplies and are bargains, with 350W models costing less
than $40. A 350W top quality supply is all you'll almost ever need
for CPUs almost up to 3.0 GHz, and 400W certainly is, unless you're
running a very large number of drives.

While PC Power & Cooling is very good and warranted for 5 years, you
can often buy 2 Fortrons/Sparkles for the same price, and many of
their products are based on them (most others are Zippys), as are
Zalmans and some other ultra-quiets. There's nothing in a PC P&C
product that makes it more reliable or longer lasting than any other
high quality supply.

PCP&C, F/S, Antec (Truepower), HEC/Heroichi, and Enermax are all fine,
as are the less famous brands sold mostly to large OEMs, such as
Lite-On, Delta, Zippy, and Channelwell ("A" suffix Channelwells are
Antec Truepowers).
