Hi

may i know what is the best way to design survey forms, with not too
much coding to minimise maintainence.

Eg, I need to have a set of option groups, each with different number
of radio buttons, different option wordings etc. And i also need to
have a common event for doubleclick to unselect the radio button if a
user decides to clear it.

each option group will need to be stored to a different fields in the
database.

As such, i am not sure what is the best way to do it in MS Access, to
cater for any ad-hoc request quickily.
