I hope someone here can give me some advice - I have recently aquired a
HP2200 dtn printer. The Jet Direct web page is displaying a error 50 - which
Im pretty sure can only indicate a fuser unit problem?
Prior to me owning the printer it was placed into a repair shop for that
reason.
I contacted the said repair shop to find out if they had discovered anything
wrong with the printer. The man on the phone looked up the report written
on my printer and first said "ah yes, you need a new fuser unit and
formatting tray (?)" and after a short pause in the converstion he added
"oh, no actully its the main logic board and service that the machine needs
(£250+VAT)
I have managed to get a few sheets of print from the machine (a Jet Direct 2
page print and a normal test page).
Can someone please advise me as to what parts I do need and how to fit them?
