|I received this advice from a Kaspersky forum:
|
| =======================================================
| You must install KAV before Comodo... Or you can do this..
|
| open regedit and navigate to
| HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
| \COMODO Firewall Pro
| export the full key then delete it. afterwards you should be able to
| install Kaspersky.
| after the installation just reimport the key.
| =====================================================
|
| I would like to do the edit he suggests. I've found the register key using
| regedit, and see how I could export it. But I'm uncertain how to import it
| again after I've deleted it. I'm reluctant to experiment, so could someone
| tell me what's involved in the reimporting of the key?
|
| Thanks,
|
