Advertisements Banners Not Opening

This happens w/Hotmail, MSN.com CNET, & random other sites...
Some of the advertisement banners do not download images. There is just "The
page cannot be displayed" error.

IE 6.0
XP/serv pk2
NIS
Webroot Spy Sweeper

Please, any advice is well appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
