Hi, could anyone help me please?

I have an Advent T9202 not rebooting, it only goes as far as the Pentium 4 logo, does anyone know how to reset the bias on this machine or any other way to be able to read from the CD Rom to use the recovery disc. Many thanks.

It gives no error mesage on boot up?

Do you have power to the drive?

Is it plugged into the SATA or IDE channel?
