Hello everybody,

I receive e-mails from alot of different people but from several e-mail
domains
( you know: (E-Mail Removed), (E-Mail Removed) .... )
Problem is that new 'xxxx' persons keep apearing often so Search folders can
not "catch" new persons automaticaly. I have made a manual workaround but it
is pretty annoying.

Is there a way to set criteria for search folders to collect all e-mails
from certain domain regardless of the username

Yes. Use the From field on the General tab, not the Advanced tab.
See http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2006/20060831.htm.
