We believe we have a workaround which is better than installing the VB6 SP.
Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

Please let me know if this is working.

Why not update it to .Net. I thought VB6 was dead?

If NAV, NSW and NIS are involved, users might also try disabling the Script
Blocker that comes with them and is enabled by default.
