Advanced Folder tab

When I right click on a Folder and choose properties, then
I am missing Advanced button

Advanced button allows, to configure encryption and
Indexing. Advanced button is next to attributes READ
ONLY,and Hidden.

Any ideas how to get it back. Help please.
