Which fields are you noticing problems with? The entries on each tab should
'AND' together - ie, From microsoft AND unread unless they are the same
field, then they OR together.
Two areas where there can be problems: the From on the General tab is the
email address, on Advanced, it’s the display name. Two conditions for the
same field use the OR operator and its easy to create rules that cancel each
other out.
