Hi,

I apply categories to my email.

Some messages have more than one category Eg. HR + Form.

I want to be able to use a Search Folder or save an 'Advanced Find' that
will 'locate' ONLY mail with the 'HR' category AND the 'Form' category. I
can't get this to work. All attempts return mail with 'HR' OR 'Form'.

Can this be done?

Thanks

A workaorund for two categories: Create a searchfolder for the one category
and group that by categories.

Thanks.

That works for 2 categories....I am looking for a more flexible solution
that lets me perform an 'AND' of however many categories I want.

At my Inbox, in the Search entry field I can type:
categories:='"HR" AND categories:="Form"

I can add another AND:
categories:='"HR" AND categories:="Form" AND categories:='"New Starter".

However I can not save this search nor use this style of syntax in Advanced
Find or for defining a Search Folder.
