Please give me in detail help about advanced dial-up dialogue box in
Internet Options.Are they really working?!

Why do you ask?

Your message headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180) tell us that
your computer is running outdated and much less secure versions of Outlook
Express, Internet Explorer, and Windows XP. Go to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com ASAP and get the computer fully patched!
