My computer has an Intel system board with 4 USB ports in the back, and 2 in
front. In the Computer Management Console software I see:

Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2442
Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2444

I want my cell phone, which receives power via USB, to continue to charge
its battery when the computer goes into suspend. How can I set either of
these two, to retain power when the PC goes into 'suspend' ?

Try a keyboard with USB ports, like the MS Natural Keyboard Pro
