Every time I try downloading the above file, I always
receive the following:

"The software you are installing has not passed Windows
Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP."

"The software will not be installed."

Is there a problem with the file, or is there a setting(s)
I should alter in my system (XP Pro)?
