What is Adobe's e-mail address? I need it because:

Adobe's help page for its new Flash Player 8 has only questions Adobe
thinks are necessary. What if I have a question not covered by Adobe?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

The usual way is to go to the Adobe site (presumably
www.adobe.com), click Support, click your product,
then see if there is an EMail address. You may have to
subscribe to a maintenance contract in order to qualify
for EMail support.

Note that your question has nothing whatsoever to do
with Windows. The Adobe FAQ pages would be a
far better place to post it.

You might want to get in touch with them via their website at
http://support.adobe.com/

They should be able to at least point you to the right people if you call
them; again, contact info on their website.

I want to ask a simple question. Adobe makes it a BFD to ask simple
question. (Log in to the web site with a password and username (and one has
to register for those).)

If you wish to ask a simple question about your car,
e.g. how to check the radiator water level, you ask a
car mechanic. You don't ask the local butcher. Same here.

Many support web sites require you to register to ask a question. It's a
simple process. Just do it. But asking your question here, when it's not
an XP OS issue, is not the way to get around their process.

Please avoid top posting as this makes it difficult to follow context and
flow.

Perhaps method of support should have been taken into consideration before
choosing Adobe products?
