Adobe Premier Elements for beginner video is expecting me to have a
brand new athlon 64 bit computer. Don;t get me started..

Anyway to to fake sse2 so adobe will install?

I doubt it, and even if you could, it would run too slow to use. Either
get the hardware, or get a refund.

it says sse2 for a amd64 [or a p4]. i wouldn't buy it if you don't have
the minimum.
