HI
when I want to install adobe photoimpact11 it shows me an error that
said "An error (-5009 : 0x8000ffff) has occurred while running the
setup.
please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications .
if the error still occurs, please contact your vendor .Ulead systems."

but i didn't have any previous setup and there is no other
applications.

Thanks

I think you are confusing Adobe Photoshop with PhotoImpact 11 which is
produced by Nova Developement with their add-on Photo Explorer provided by
Uleads.

Nova Developement provides free tech support at
www.novadevelopement.com/support.
