Adobe Flash Player issue online

All of a sudden, when my browser (IE) wants to switch to another URL, I
get a warning message which says "A website wants to open web content
using this progrsam on your computer - and the progrsm is Adobe Flash
Player. I have to click on 'Allow' 14 times before I can go to the
next URL (or, I can click on Do not allow' and it works with only one
click). I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and installed the latest
version - and have the same problem. Does anyone know of a fix?
