I have several issues:
I have recently purchased a new computer with Windows XP.
I cannot read Adobe Acrobat Reader files. I can open the
file but it it has coding instead of the document in
text/word format. Is this an Adobe problem or my Windows
problem or something different? I have downloaded the
Adobe program a number of times with the same result.

Second the Printer (MFC 4650) is always trying to start
(every 3 minutes or so, 24-7. Again is this a printer or
XP setup problem? would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hi,

Try to uninstall adobe acrobat from ur computer, restart
the computer and then download the latest version of
adobe from the net. do not use the same setup files for
installing adobe if u have. they might be corrupted.
